What type of acacia wood, finish, cushions, and hardware does the sofa use?

Christopher Knight’s documentation describes acacia (and eucalyptus) as dense, oily hardwoods that behave outdoors much like teak, which helps explain their use for outdoor frames Outdoor Furniture | Christopher Knight Home.

An industry comparison table notes major-brand wood may be described as “Acacia / Mixed Hardwood,” with hardware listed as zinc-plated and a two-coat UV seal listed as the finish in that comparison context, though that entry is a third‑party comparison rather than a manufacturer spec for the exact sofa 5 Alternatives to Ashley & Christopher Knight….

How does its frame construction and warranty compare with other Christopher Knight Home outdoor sofas?

The manufacturer states Christopher Knight outdoor sofas use the same frames as the brand’s club chairs and that their fabrics are designed to dry rather than stay dry, which describes a consistent frame approach across some outdoor lines Outdoor Furniture | Christopher Knight Home.

An industry observer warns Christopher Knight sources from multiple factories in Asia and that consistency of quality can vary across those factories, which is relevant when comparing build and finish across catalogues 5 Alternatives to Ashley & Christopher Knight….

A competitor comparison table available through a third-party source contrasts standard joinery used by a competitor with mortise‑and‑tenon construction used by an alternative brand, but the ledger does not assert mortise‑and‑tenon is used on this Christopher Knight sofa specifically, so a direct comparison for this exact model is unavailable 5 Alternatives to Ashley & Christopher Knight….

The same third‑party comparison lists differing warranty lengths for competitors and alternatives, but the Christopher Knight sofa’s own listed warranty on a retailer page is a 30-day limited manufacturer warranty, which is shorter than the competitor/alternative warranties cited in that comparison 5 Alternatives to Ashley & Christopher Knight… Christopher Knight Home – Sherwood Acacia Wood….

How well does acacia wood withstand rain, sun, and temperature changes, and what weather-related damage can occur?
