The listed five-piece configuration for the Modway EEI-1472 shows two armchairs, two ottomans and one sofa. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… The same combination — one sofa, two armchairs and two ottomans — appears on a Modish Store product page. Modway Marina Wood Outdoor sofas, loveseats &… Other retailers list different Marina arrangements, so the exact pieces can vary by SKU or listing; for example, Casagear references a Marina left-arm sofa rather than the full five-piece description. Buy Premium Teak Wood Outdoor Patio… A Decor Home Center entry for the Marina collection (EEI-1477) lists a left-arm sofa, two middle sofas, a rectangular coffee table and a right-arm sofa, which differs from the EEI-1472 five-piece listing. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… The Decor Home Center listing specifically identifies that product as EEI-1477, not EEI-1472, which helps explain the mismatch in piece counts across pages. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… A Cafe Furniture Store page also lists one Marina sofa with two armchairs and two ottomans, matching the EEI-1472 composition on other pages. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set A… Note that “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” is the product label used repeatedly across listings, and buyers should confirm the seller’s SKU to ensure they receive the two armchairs, two ottomans and one sofa advertised for EEI-1472. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” appears in multiple listings for the set, so check the listing header before buying. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” is the phrase you’ll see in product titles and specifications on several retailer pages.

Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… The ledger does not provide a single, manufacturer-stated weight capacity per seat; no published seat weight limits appear in the provided claims.

Is the furniture made from Grade A teak, and what materials are used for the cushions and finish?

The product listings identify the set as made with Grade A premium teak. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… The Amazon description calls out all-weather, stain- and fade-resistant cushions that are machine washable. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… A Modish Store specification states the material is teak wood with a natural fine-sanded finish and lists cushion density as kg/m³. Modway Marina Wood Outdoor sofas, loveseats &… That same page repeats Grade A premium teak and water- and UV-resistant, machine-washable cushion covers. Modway Marina Wood Outdoor sofas, loveseats &… Casagear likewise identifies the sofa as Grade A Premium Teak with solid teak wood construction. Buy Premium Teak Wood Outdoor Patio… Casagear describes the cushions as water- and UV-resistant with machine-washable covers. Buy Premium Teak Wood Outdoor Patio… Decor Home Center’s listing also describes solid teak construction and identifies the material as Grade A Premium Teak with water- and UV-resistant cushions and machine-washable covers. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… A furniture-care guide in the ledger warns that teak without a maintained polyurethane protective finish will gradually weather to a silver-gray patina, which speaks to finish maintenance rather than original material. Teak: A Guide to Premium Outdoor Furniture The Amazon product description uses “PATIO REFRESH” language and specifically repeats Grade A premium teak in its specification text. Modway EEI-1472-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Premium… “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” is the short label used across these listings to describe the wood and cushion package.

How much does the set cost, and what shipping or assembly charges may apply?

The Amazon listing shows the Modway EEI-1472-NAT-GRY-SET priced at $1991.94. Modway EEI-1472-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Premium… That Amazon entry also reports limited availability: only two left in stock. Modway EEI-1472-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Premium… Some retailers list different prices: Decor Home Center displays a price of $1,657.26 for a related Marina configuration but marks that listing sold out. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… Several retailers and local sellers handle delivery and assembly differently: GEG Comfort notes you must call for assembly fee details. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set / EEI-1472 GEG Comfort also lists free delivery for Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set / EEI-1472 The same seller shows a typical shipping window of two to seven business days. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set / EEI-1472 Casagear offers free standard shipping within the continental United States on its listing. Buy Premium Teak Wood Outdoor Patio… Buyers should confirm shipping, delivery and any assembly fees with the specific seller before purchase because terms vary by retailer and region. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” pricing can therefore differ by site and availability, so check the seller’s final checkout price and shipping policy.

How should the teak and cushions be cleaned and maintained for outdoor use?

The product listing recommends occasional light sanding and applying teak cleaner and protectant to retain the wood’s rich color. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Teak-care guides in the ledger advise dusting with a dry cloth and cleaning with a damp cloth and natural soap, wiping in the direction of the grain. Is Teak A Good Wood For Furniture? Those guides caution against soaps containing detergents or chemicals and recommend removing spills promptly, ideally immediately. Is Teak A Good Wood For Furniture? Another guide recommends cleaning teak with mild soap and water using a soft cloth along the wood grain and warns against pressure washing and harsh chemicals that can damage teak’s surface. Teak: A Guide to Premium Outdoor Furniture That same guide advises avoiding extended periods of direct sun or rain and storing wood furniture in a dry, covered area or using protective covers when not in use. Teak: A Guide to Premium Outdoor Furniture A furniture-care note in the ledger also states teak without a maintained polyurethane protective finish will gradually weather to a silver-gray patina, which is normal and does not affect structural integrity. Teak: A Guide to Premium Outdoor Furniture For cushions, the product pages describe machine-washable covers and water- and UV-resistant fabrics, so follow the cover care instructions on the label and the retailer’s cleaning guidance. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak…

Does the set require assembly, and what tools or steps are needed?

All retailer specifications state that assembly is required for the set. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… The Modish Store product page explicitly lists product assembly as “yes.” Modway Marina Wood Outdoor sofas, loveseats &… Casagear’s listing also notes assembly is required for the sofa. Buy Premium Teak Wood Outdoor Patio… One seller indicates you should call for details about any assembly fee, which implies some buyers pay for professional assembly rather than self-assembling. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set / EEI-1472 The ledger does not include a step-by-step assembly guide, nor does it list specific tools that come in the box, so the precise fasteners, screw types or required tools (Allen wrench, screwdriver, etc.) are unavailable in the provided claims. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” buyers should expect to assemble components or arrange paid assembly and confirm tool requirements with the seller or the included instructions. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” listings consistently mark assembly as required, so plan time accordingly. “Marina Premium Grade A Teak” assembly detail absence in the ledger means you must check the seller’s packing list or the included manual for exact steps and tools.

How does this teak set compare with other Modway Marina configurations in size, materials, and included pieces?

The EEI-1472 listing emphasizes a five-piece conversation set of two armchairs, two ottomans and one sofa, while an EEI-1477 listing describes a different modular configuration (left-arm, middle and right-arm sofas plus a coffee table). Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Decor Home Center’s EEI-1477 entry lists a left-arm sofa, two middle sofas, one rectangular coffee table and a right-arm sofa, which is substantially different from the EEI-1472 five-piece layout. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… The Decor Home Center page also identifies that product specifically as EEI-1477 rather than EEI-1472, explaining why piece counts and furniture types differ across pages. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… Some retailers (Cafe Furniture Store, Modish Store) show the five-piece grouping of one sofa, two armchairs and two ottomans, matching the EEI-1472 composition rather than the EEI-1477 modular layout. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set A… Material descriptions across the Marina listings consistently identify Grade A teak or solid teak construction and water- and UV-resistant, machine-washable cushions, so materials tend to be the same while configurations change. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… Size differences are small but present: EEI-1472 overall dimensions read by 121.5 by 31.5 inches, while the EEI-1477 footprint is listed at by by 31.5 inches. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… The modular EEI-1477 listing also gives distinct per-piece dimensions (middle sofas and arm sofas) compared with the per-piece sizes reported for EEI-1472-style listings. Modway Marina Wood Outdoor sofas, loveseats &… If you need a particular layout or a coffee table, confirm the exact Marina SKU and retailer listing before ordering because Modway’s Marina configurations vary in included pieces while sharing similar teak materials and cushion specs.

What warranty coverage applies, and how well does the set withstand rain, sun, and other outdoor conditions?

The product listing notes teak’s natural ability to withstand extreme weather conditions. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Retailers direct customers to the product description or store page for the manufacturer warranty, so the ledger does not include a single, detailed warranty text — you must check the seller or brand for specific terms. Amazon.com: Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak… Teak-care guides in the ledger say outdoor teak typically greys over nine to twelve months depending on UV and rain exposure and that this greying does not affect the wood’s structural integrity. Is Teak A Good Wood For Furniture? Those guides also state teak left outside year-round survives well and that fine cracks in teak are normal and generally do not affect lifespan or durability. Is Teak A Good Wood For Furniture? Decor Home Center’s product copy also describes teak as naturally able to withstand extreme weather. Modway EEI-1477 Marina Piece Outdoor Patio… Retailer warranty practices vary: the Cafe Furniture Store notes that products sold on its site carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty with terms that vary by brand and product. Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set A… In short, the ledger supports that the Marina Premium Grade A Teak material resists rain and sun in ordinary outdoor use but will age to a silver-gray patina without finish maintenance, and warranty coverage must be confirmed with the seller.
