Assembly and delivery charges depend on the seller and service level: some companies charge a flat rate for an assembly visit or per-piece fees, white-glove delivery may be free or may carry an extra fee, and extra services such as carrying items up more than steps or longer assembly periods are noted as additional charges in the ledger, so you should confirm the retailer’s delivery terms before purchase Furniture Delivery with Assembly Guide for Bay… Modway EEI-1144-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Outdoor….

How should the teak furniture and cushions be cleaned and maintained outdoors?

The Marina product description in the ledger explicitly lists ‘‘Easy to maintain’’ instructions that recommend occasional light sanding and applying a teak cleaner and protectant to retain the rich wood color, which is the manufacturer-reported approach for preserving the finish ModwayEEI-1144-NAT-WHI-SETMarina Premium Grade….

Material comparisons and care guides in the ledger recommend seasonal teak cleaning with mild soap, a soft brush and water for routine upkeep, and using a teak cleaner once or twice per year if you want to preserve the golden tone rather than let the wood oxidize naturally to silver-gray Which Material Is Right for Your S.

The ledger also notes that periodic teak sealers can help slow oxidation for those who prefer the original golden-brown color, and that high-quality Grade-A teak can last several decades with minimal maintenance when cared for properly Why Teak Outlasts the Rest – HiTeak Furniture.

Using cushion covers and full furniture covers can reduce debris buildup and surface weathering on teak and on the cushions when the pieces are left outdoors Why Teak Outlasts the Rest – HiTeak Furniture.

Can the teak set remain outdoors year-round, and what weather-related care or storage does it require?

High-quality teak is commonly described as suitable for year-round outdoor use because teak naturally resists moisture damage, rot, insect infestation, warping and UV exposure thanks to its dense grain and oil content, so many Marina pieces are sold for outdoor installation without mandatory indoor storage Why Teak Outlasts the Rest – HiTeak Furniture.

The ledger’s Marina product entries reinforce that the collection is built for outdoor use and that cushions are described as all-weather, which supports the idea the set is intended to be left outside in many climates Modway EEI-1144-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Outdoor….

That said, recommended care in the ledger includes using covers to reduce surface weathering and debris buildup and preparing teak for winter by cleaning, drying and deploying a cover with indoor storage listed as an option for those who prefer it Why Teak Outlasts the Rest – HiTeak Furniture Which Material Is Right for Your S.

Also note that untreated teak will gradually oxidize to a silver-gray patina within about a year under exposure, so leaving teak outdoors year-round will change the surface color even while the structural integrity remains sound Which Material Is Right for Your S.

Does the set require assembly, and what tools or steps are needed to put it together?

The Modway pages in the ledger state that the Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set and related Marina seating items require assembly, so expect some on-site assembly is necessary for at least some Marina SKUs Marina Piece Outdoor Patio Teak Set – Modway.

Casagear’s Marina armchair and sofa listings also specify assembly required for those pieces, which is consistent across multiple retailer specs in the ledger Buy Modway Marina Premium Grade A Teak Wood… Buy Teak Wood Outdoor Patio, Right-Facing Sofa….

Retail delivery-with-assembly definitions in the ledger describe the process as bringing the item into the home, placing it in the intended room, assembling it there and leaving it ready for normal use, so ‘‘white-glove’’ or in-room assembly will typically include those steps if the service is purchased Furniture Delivery with Assembly Guide for Bay….

Common assembly tasks noted in retailer guidance include attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces, fastening hardware and tightening bolts or screws, and the ledger’s white-glove description says light setup often requires basic tools such as a screwdriver or wrench Furniture Delivery with Assembly Guide for Bay… Modway EEI-1144-NAT-GRY-SET Marina Outdoor….

The ledger also advises confirming whether the delivery estimate includes carrying the item into the home, assembling it and removing packaging to avoid surprise service gaps or fees Furniture Delivery with Assembly Guide for Bay….

What warranty coverage applies to the set, and what damage or wear is excluded?

No warranty details for the ModwayEEI-1144-NAT-WHI-SET are present in the claim ledger, so warranty coverage, length, and exclusions are unavailable from the cited claims.
